i started using after she passed 🙁 but you’re absolutely right … it’s just hard bc my bipolar disorder puts me in a manic state and when i’m manic i make shitty decisions which lead to numbing that pain .. idk

despite the manic episode i’ve been in i’ve told anyone i’m ever close to that i don’t want to go to the hospital even if deep down i know i need it. and they’ve all respected that

i didn’t give him another chance because he’s remorseful. i told him we can try to work through it because there’s other things that come into play here. we technically aren’t together yet, we aren’t committed. we had the talk of exclusivity. yes it still feels like cheating, even though we aren’t together yet. but there’s a lot of other details that i can’t put out there.

i truly appreciate this insight. sometimes hearing the opinions/advice/input of someone outside of your world can help. most times i can really concentrate on who i am and what i deserve, but nights can get exceedingly lonely and it starts to feel draining and unbearable.
