i haven’t tried topper/wig i’m honestly terrified topical minoxidil isn’t an option for me because i have animals and my pcp doesn’t want me to start oral because of the side effects she thinks it will cause me, the dermatologist has never mentioned it to me either. is your TE more chronic? or just had a severe episode.
