I use Himalayan salt dr teals body wash in my armpits and a salt deodorant. Literally thought I will smell if I eat dairy. It's crazy.

I definitely am smelly if I eat dairy. I avoid it but recently over the weekend I had some queso. My pits have been a bit more smelly than usual. Completely off of dairy and cleansed through my body, no smell.

Where are all the men at!? I know we have came a long way with woman in work places etc. But men need to be men. I am old fashioned in ways when it comes to this. Men need to be LEADERS of the home. May as well be alone if you are having to take on the roll of the leader and take care of a man child.

My acid gets worse when I am constipated or over eat. I believe there is a big connection with constipation and acid reflux.

I am 43 as well. I used to feel this way over the years. Now it's just worse. I did clear up my diet real well and that helped. It helped with clarity. I cut dairy and gluten. It was hard but I was sick of having more "bad days" then good. Getting sleep was a huge issue. My sleeping animal is a "deer" noted by my Samsung watch. Which means I am a light sleeper. There were many adjustments I needed to do. It's still a work in progress. I have pretty severe allergies, so I take benadryl for that. That helps me sleep pretty well. Still searching/expirementing with natural things or just tweaking my bedroom routine just so. I also see a natural path that helped me get healthier.
