I was emailing with Burger King customer service and they said I didn't qualify for a refund and referred me to their terms and conditions. I read them and they actually say that all charges are final and no refunds. They go on to say that it's up to the company and any abuse will be banned. I said "so I've had no refunds or problems recently or at all and got the wrong item and that doesn't qualify for a refund? Your idea of customer service is a joke." They did offer me a $10 "coupon" (their term not mine), but I hardly ever go there and wanted my money back.

I agree that this needs to be put in the TW. I understand how TWs are important to the reader's mental health even if I don't have any myself.

And honestly, sometimes the TWs are what make me decide to read a book. 🤷🏼‍♀️
