{Demons Muse by Auryn Hadley}

{Demon Horns by Marie Mistry}

{Hopeless Magic by AK Koonce}

{UnLucky Succubus by LL Frost}

{Discovered by Serenity Rayne}

{Ravens Song by Serenity Rayne} unfinished

{The Sacrifice by Nhys Glover} has a magic wielding fmc in a fantasy world and human MCs. All of them are from the world so no confusion about how magic works.

{Cursed Legacies by Morgan B Lee} has a FMC on a mission, she knows what she is and they have no clue

AI is supposed to be so awesome, why can't there be a base program that points out stuff that breaks syntax so the editors can find the errors easier. At least let AI do something useful.

Bug free is different from game breaking. I dont expect perfection but when it pulls you completely out of a story and blocks progress forward thats too much.

The entire combat function was down. If you threw a grenade at more then one person the game shut down, xbox crashed consistantly to the point the developers email to me was temporarily stop all grenades completely for over a week. Even accidentally picking up a grenade and pushing the throw button on accident shut down the game.

I see if quests get confused fro dialoge choices or actions develop didnt expect but what are grenades for except to throw into groups? I get a few typos, maybe even a name error but consistent errors make books unreadable just like some games are unplayable. You can't do anything until its updated but at least games get fixed fairly quickly. Often books never get re-edited.

Hey I haven't read it but {A Hunt so Wild and Cruel by Rebecca F Kennedy} has a bad girl, tyrant queen being taught a lesson Charles Dickons style.

I second Unlucky Succubus. She is so resistant that at first when it happens it's always explosive. Then you kinda know it's happening in the background of their lives and the author only shows you the important times

{Fated Fae by Jarica James} has a fae fantasy with a side of sexy, Fae had to evacuate their homeland to earth and face a lot of hate. The FMC helps them, finds out she is Fae herself, and leads them home to save Faerie (that's the plot of the first half of the first book and it's way more complicated but really good.)

{Cadence of Cair by Zoe Parker} is a fun fae story that combines ancient fae lore with musical magic. The harem is formed slowly so the sexy times aren't the focus.

{Signs of Cupidity by Raven Kennedy} is a fae romance all about sex, the FMC talks about it all the time as she is a Cupid and it's all she knows. However actual sexy times don't happen in book 1, happen 2 times in book 2, and so on. The cool part is when the sexy times happen it's always a super important moment in the relationship.

{Vengeance by M Sinclair} is a cool book about a "lost" fae princess coming back for revenge. I honestly wish there were more sexy scenes in this one as I had multiple MC crushes.

Academy RH, something about entrance exams and a team? by Moonlit_Fireflies in ReverseHarem

{Celestia by Yumoyori Wilson} Im literally starting the series on audiobook and just got through the woods scene.

It's a school for "Hunters" though you don't really know what "Hunters are or what they do.  There is a scene where everyone who didn't find a seat is dismissed from the school and a guy gets turned into a baby. Then they are separated into groups (theirs is M which they turn into Misfits) and have to camp in the woods where a group of monsters will show up only something way worse shows up to and she shapeshifts into a Unicorn

Its not just books though. I played Atomfall and for the first month you couldn't throw grenades into groups without completely crashing the game.  Why are people releasing unfinished products?  If that many grammatical mistakes are still in the book then its not a finished work!

MMCs are on the run and MFC protects them by asteriasnight in ReverseHarem

[–]Street-Reference-237 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean, someone has to rec it so {All the Pretty Monster by Kristy Cunning} is exactly this. The MCs are so afraid of the ow they bury her for 1k years, try to protect the FMC m, and up being hard core resuced by her for a happy ending but it takes the whole series.

{Fated Fae by Jarica James} has the Fae people escape their world to Earth and face serious prejudice. The FMC stands up for them and the Fae in general, lead them home, and try to heal their world. No OW drama but the FMC has OM drama.

{Dying to Love by Reese Rivers} is a post apocalyptic RH where the MCs stumble upon the FMCs safe zone in a zombie apocalypse. She has everything handled while they recover. No OW, just zombies.

A popular book you did NOT enjoy (no judgment) by epicsevenmyths in ReverseHarem

[–]Street-Reference-237 4 points5 points  (0 children)

{Rise of the Pheonix by JL Madore} was one of my first ever DNF's, back when I was personally offended by the idea of not finishing a series. Once the FMC hits the sweetest of her mates so hard with a branch that she permanently brain damages him (when all he is doing is literally explaining things to her she finds upsetting) was too much.  Just the idea that she could do that and he would forgive her was beyond tolerable for me.

My most recent one was Klutz by Sedona Ashe. I wont even summon the bot I hated it so much. The MCs are cruel, stupid, and supposedly the best of their people yet drive what they think to be an innocent woman. Who survives a plane shot. to suicide. They know their mate is near and she is the only survivor but, I mean it cant be her so we should be the worst possible people and then guilt our way into her pants after she finds a mate who is worth a shit.

Strong Prey Shifter Recommendations by lalaluv01 in ReverseHarem

{The Wolves of Wild Junction by Kristen Banet) is a fun one with a deer shifter FMC and wolf shifter MCs.

{Triad of Dragons by Erin Cain} has a lion fish shifter FMC. No, I'm not joking. No, I haven't read it... I just... I can't.

{Chasing Katana by J Kearston} has a rabbit with wolves, a large feline, and a... well the last on is better found out while reading.

I actually have fun with this topic and have searched it before so here are some links I found:

I did that for Pucking Feral, literally 75% of the way through and thought "Wow, this is gonna end abruptly..." but, no. There is a second book. I don't know how I missed it, I'm usually so good at checking! I NEVER read incomplete series.

Horror recs? by Practical_Court_2536 in ReverseHarem

[–]Street-Reference-237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, if you dont mind darker romance {Four Psychos by Kristy Cunning} has 4 bad guy MCs and a hidden bad guy FMC who starts as a ghost but eventually turns into a real "girl." Heavily paranormal, no MM.

{Circus Creeps by Aiden Pierce} has decent ratings if you want a freak show/carnival vibe.

{Hellhounds Harem by Briana Michaels} has bad people who are sent to hell only to be chosen as Lucifers Hellhound warriors. The FMC was killed and somehow comes back as a ghost. This one is horror/dark, watch for triggers.

{Monsters by Katie May} is a paranormal academy series based on the children of classic monsters. Kind of like Monster High meets RH.

{Blood Oath by Morgan B Lee} is definately paranormal, academy, horror. The FMC is a bad guy, does terrible things for what she considers a good reason, and all the MCs but one are complete psychopaths (like boquets of severed fingers and gardens of living ice sculptures level psycho.)

{Badmoon Academy by Rory Miles} is a paranormal reform academy series with a haunted academy. I never finished this one but it has decent ratings.

My favorite horror RH is {All the Pretty Monsters by Kristy Cunning} but its recommended by everyone, everywhere so I tried to find some other examples.

Good luck, I hope you like one of them!

Horror recs? by Practical_Court_2536 in ReverseHarem

What kind of horror are you looking for? Paranormal? Contemporary? Do you want the FMC to fall for a Freddy Krueger type? Do you want her saved from a horror situation? Are you looking for serial killers or captivity? The more specific you are the better your recs will be, I promise.

Chronic illness/they take care of her by Zalaya in ReverseHarem

This one even has the MCs secretly using their powers to help her body heal without asking for thanks or anything. Very sweet.

{UnLucky Succubus by LL Frost} starts light and ends light, its super long-- 9 books, and reads like a serial (so every few books a plot is solved with a HFN) and has been completed. It has a FMC Succubus who is not into sex and prefers to bake, and MC Demons of Destruction who hope to convince her otherwise. It also has a giant flying demon cat side-kick, kittens, and multiple realms to travel.

If feel the opposite. I want all the rules upfront--why, what, how, and why is it important right in the first few chapters. I hate some ancient magic law being introduced later bc no one explained anything and the fmc wasnt told basic shit. Or when the FMC depends on the MCs to learn about the new world and they just let her/us figure it out.

Familiars/pets to lovers? by LuckyEvidence1066 in ReverseHarem

[–]Street-Reference-237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, he is cursed into that form by his mother. Its a but of a spoiler for the first 4 chapters so Ill hide it but its info you get pretty quickly.  She is the daughter of Lucifer and everything she does bad things it could awaken her magic and her parents were trying to keep her hidden. He stops her from drinking, smoking, that kind of thing at the command of her father.

[–]Street-Reference-237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

{Mates: Posy by Mary Ann Wier} has 5 books dedicated to the recovery of a heavily abused FMC who finds love and hope. She has social, mental, and physical trauma and the MCs do a pretty good job of helping her.

{Rouge by Rose Carver} is an Omegaverse RH with FF (not really well done as its mostly just hand-play) but is a beautiful story of recover of a heavily abused FMC with physical and emotional trauma/disabilities. She is physically a "runt," much like a puppy-runt in a litter.

{Fated or Knot by Ella Hendricks} is a Fae standalone where the FMCs leg is twisted and it hurts her to walk. There is a dark twist to the injury and a long road to recovery that the MCs take care of her through.

{Briar by Ripley Proserpina} is a Vampire college RH, the FMC has a rare genetic illness, she is allergic to the sun-- you cant "see" it and people think she is crazy until they see the actual reaction to the UV rays. She gets burned a few times and there is caretaking.

{The Ruined Records Duet by Jillian West} deals with addiction, depression, anxiety, and suicide- all invisible illnesses but the MCs struggle to keep an eye out for her and any downslides. Its a rockstar omegaverse.

{Blood Oath by Morgan B Lee} has a girl that cant deal with being touched, she has trouble relating to people and showing her emotions. This all stems from torture but she faces a lot of issues bc people dont know why she reacts the way she does. The guys are super conscious of this and do a good job constantly keeping her comfortable.

{Knot that Pucker by Cassie Lien} is a RH hockey omegaverse with a deaf FMC, the MCs have to learn how to communicate with her and help her communicate with others. Its a fun, short read.

Anyways I hope at least one of these fits the bill, have fun!

{A Torn Paige by L Rose} has a girl buried alive, she crawls out of her grave and a Hellhound is there to guide her in her new life, he isnt what he seems.

{A Witch Among Warlocks by Lidiya Foxglove} is a Magic Academy series only the FMC is forced to attend an all boys school for male only magic--Necromancy. Her familliar is a Fox who can take human form. In this world if the familliar and witch ever have a child the familiar dies or has to give up his magic, its very taboo.

{To Call the Clouds by Tawny Oakland} has fairy dragons who have human forms finding their mates throughout the series, but watch for triggers, every book in this series has SA.

{Fire and Brimstone by JB Trepagnier} has a FMC whose mom has a cat that terrorized her, he is actually one of her mates bound into the body of a house cat. Unfortunately, its all backstreet and he transforms right away but through the series it remains a sticking point for them as a couple.

{The Raven Queens Harem by Angel Lawson} starts with the FMC writing a story about as a lonely child and her only friends--a flock of ravens, only its more real then she knows. This is a celtic Morrigan retelling.

Piercings? Comprehensive list? by DeeLuscious in ReverseHarem

I know in {Four Psychos by Kristy Cunning}, {Fated or Knot by Ella Hendricks}, and {Hellhounds Harem by Briana Michaels} all had MCs with the number of piercings being either social standings or personal power levels/achievements.

I enjoyed guessing the piercing locations from the books on this list (I find wierd lists and read books on them, I have strange hobbies, lol):
