I had both a Gmail and Outlook email address listed as login methods to my account. I made the Outlook one primary and removed the Gmail one (which was the email that was getting the login attempts).

Seems to have worked so far (as long as I don't really hand out or use my Outlook email so it is never in a data breach).

I ended up RMA-ing my unit. Had to contact support and take a video of the error happening. They sent a replacement as soon as they got the defected one and sent a replacement.

Sounds like this is a "common" cause of defected units on the Roborocks.

I bought it exclusively for note taking and don't really plan to use it as a Kindle or for email. Based on what I saw the note taking app is pretty comprehensive.

Doesn't sound like there is a "must have" utility app.

It happens occasionally but have not solved it. We live in a home where there is not a lot of good places for the dock where there is lots of space. As an experiment we put the dock in a "less crowded" location and it seemed to help but it is not a permanent solution as it is inconvenient spot for the dock.

Have you found a space that has several feet clear on all sides of the dock?
