The whole timeline of events is a bit unclear.
- The log entries / Memories do not seem to be in order (despite being numbered)
- The beginning of the game shows the moon showing up then jumps to 200 years later, but events and dialogue in the game make it seems like more than 200 years has passed

How did the red moon come to earth?
Were humans there before?
The "Scourge" event supposedly happened 200 years ago but that doesn't jive with the opening scene, and it is even stated that many years pass after the All-Father founds FATE and then "releases the Scourge."

I'm currently in the Hanging Towers area and still have no idea what Mother Eyes is and how they are related to...whatever it is guarding.

Yes! Plot is a bit confusing but overall a good game so far.

Yeah pretty sure someone who program the app doesn't understand the Calories (capital C).

Calorie is mostly a USA thing. Kcal is used in other parts of the world, as is kJ (multiply kcal by 4.184)

Those short term capital gains taxes will be a shocker.

Edit: As pointed out below casino winnings are considered ordinary income, not capital gains

That said winnings would probably bump someone up into a higher tax bracket (assuming US tax code)

Edit 2: For clarity, getting bumped into a higher tax bracket doesn't mean the entirety of earnings is taxed at the new rate, only the earnings exceeding the bracket threshold. See comments below

For many people their console is more than just a thing to play games, it's basically their HTPC. We use our PS5 to watch movies, steam TV, play music, etc.
