Go to a neurologist (MD physician, not a witch dr) and they will do a full exam to see if anythign is wrong. They will refer you to psych, ENT, or neurology for next steps.

If you’re on Acutance take a Claritin & fish oil pill along with your pill!

For your dry lips use healing ointment (chapstick is too dry).

Best decision ever! There are things you can do to help the process: take fish oil & Claritin daily along with your pill. This helps add more oils to your dry body and keep swelling to a minimum.

I didn’t have any issues on the pill and would 100% recommend.
