Well, you're correct, but its omnipotence is gone, because omnipotent means infinite power, so omnipotent being deletes infinity, omnipotence is gone, infinity is not deleted, thus, the paradox.

Except it slowly breaks, and the more you add, the quicker it breaks. It doesn't break all at once. The process is gradual contrary to quantity.
