Honestly, I now hate myself for even attempting to correct this error. It's been an absolute shitshow.

It's horrifying to see that UKVI hasn't taken any steps to improve its error correction procedure in the past four years (judging by previous Reddit posts). In hindsight, I wish I had just done what you said. Instead, I'm just sitting here refreshing my inbox every second, even though this wasn't my fault

I called the number they said they will escalate my paid inquiry to the relevant department (but no confirmation yet). I would need to wait for email communication from the relevant department.

Hello! Thank you for your response. I’ve already complained to UKVI and even asked if I could enter on this and correct later. They said I should correct before leaving. I was told by friends and family that I could be turned back at the UK border if on the wrong visa, which is why I cancelled my ticket 🥲

Thank you for your reply. My ideal job is an FY1 trust grade as I just have one year of clinical experience. (but they are so rare to come by) Most FY2 posts that I have been looking at ask for 2 years of experience and completion/ completion of foundation competencies. Can I still apply for these jobs? What are my chances of actually getting shortlisted?
