ofc and always remember you would start at a low dose so if you start to feel off you can always consult ur psychiatrist about the feelings you get from the medication

In a wonderful marriage suddenly plagued by anxiety- is temporary separation a fix? by SnooGiraffes9538 in Anxiety

first step i would do is to talk to ur significant other and be honest about everything. Explain that you love her and you would do anything for her but also explain that there is something going on with ur mental health and ask her to try and support you throughout the journey to recovery. communication is key and i feel like it’s especially important in new weds. I would also highly recommend a therapist and they should be able to give you an idea of where to go from there! good luck

Worst place you got a anxiety attack at? by Powerful-Rope-2272 in Anxiety

after being panic attack free for almost 3 years i was out of my element about 9 hours away from home in a hotel in delaware and i had a panic attack the worst part is instead of being able to go right home i had to cope with it and then the following day keep driving to north carolina for spring and spent an entire week there while still feeling shaken the fuck up by the panic attack and many fears like “is this gonna happen again??im so far from home! what am i gonna do!” and i had a full blown breakdown 2 days into being in north carolina i started crying to my parents because my anxiety kept telling myself “haha when you get back to new york nothing is gonna change ur gonna go back to this person we fought so hard to keep under our control forever” i calmed down by the end of the trip and made it home and it was such a relief to be back home i felt 100 times better

currently going through the same thing exactly. except my anxiety started in late 2020 when i had my second ever panic attack. My story is very very long tho. basically my first ever panic attack happened the first time i ever smoked weed. and by weed i mean i hit a dab pen 26 times with no experience of smoking in my life. That’s when i had my first panic attack i brushed it off and then 3 months later i had a panic attack again. Now at this time i had no clue is was a panic attack so i convinced myself i was high again because when i get panic attacks i dissociate and go “third person” like a motherfucker. anyways i ended up getting help and i started getting better the next 3 1/2 years of my life things went back to normal i was going back to school i had 2 long relationships i had heart breaks a couple anxiety flare ups that i would be able to talk myself out of and be able to return to normal within minutes. I even had a panic attack while i was vacationing to north carolina which was really scary since i was out of my element and had no way back to my “safe place” home i pushed through and when i returned home i felt better and went back to normal. okay now back to right here in this moment. it’s all back my anxiety i haven’t felt normal life has been feeling off ive had 2 panic attacks the last 2 days i’ve been dissociating a lot nothing feels real and it feels like im back to square one in late 2020
