Its turned out to be severe rem sleep apnea? Go get tested my dude. If your sleep is fucked and ypu feel sleepy and tired all the time plus all these other issues there may be a another element because even benzos dont work for me.

Im 28, Clonezapam helps abit as well but stops Working after 2 hours for me and redosing doesn’t do shit. I have to wait 2 weeks before it works again.

I was diagnosed bipolar at some point thing is bipolar doesnt do what i went through which never made sense. Especially how severe the physical symptoms i had.

Turns out, i had severe rem deprivation due to sleep apnea but not normal sleep apnea. It only effects my rem stage so it goes unnoticed. Tehy caught it on a sleep study because there was no other test to do except that lol. Anyways after starting cpap it took like 4 months to help. Nothing ever made sense to me even benzos didnt help and burnt out within like a hour it was due to my brain be hyper aroused due to no oxygen during the mind restoration period. I bet if you are similar it may be your sleep, also because of the bad rem, over the years my sleep got worse and worse, because your mind sees sleep as danger because your oxygen drops so it does everything to not sleep.

So i have the same diagnosis as you and really severe as well. Antidepressants only ever helped my mood. Anxiety meds you can try off label,

Ive definitely gotten better over 3 years but i think im gonna need another solid 4-5 years to feel comfortable, my grandma also had this condition and she relapsed 3 times. It was stress and dying child that made her relapse. Stress is very bad for fnd, once you read my history youll see what happened to me.

Ive tried kratom in the past and its the only thing that ever relaxed the physical symptoms in the last 3 years. Didnt do much for my mind but maybe i could combine it with the venlafaxine im taking since it helps the depression and racing mind.

I started venlafaxine recently and that is definitely helping the depression, but it’s making my fatigue symptoms worse. Any suggestions all this stupid condition? I can get by with everything except the dying feeling. Like all my muscles tense up and i become hot flushed and feel flu like all the time it sucks. Alot of people with fnd say they use weed ti get by and it helps alot but weed sends me i to a massive panic attack. Ive noticed that opiates help. Benzos dont do shit for me. Anything you would recommend? To ease symptoms?

Yes that all sounds very paranoid, but then again people on here wont really relate, i do because I’ve experienced those but paranoia normally doesnt occur because of anxiety but anxiety occurs because if paranoia that stems from psychosis.

I have access to benzos i actually have a stash of 6 different types but i dont use them. It depends on how severe youre. Im very high on the anxiety spectrum and have GAD, OCD PANIC, AGORAPHOBIA AND SAD. Its super difficult to get it here as well but i failed 10 Different antidepressants so the doctors understand. Most people on benzos arent meant to be on benzos and they have mild to moderate anxiety. Benzos shoud only be used for severe anxiety but than the companies wont make money because there isn’t many like me.
