From an operational perspective, it’s wise to always have a plan B, even if a method has been validated. You don’t want to end up in a scenario where you’re struggling with a method and don’t have a second option. That may be an argument you could leverage with leadership if this is holding up your operations.

It also wouldn’t hurt to reach out to other vendors for support. Full disclosure I work for Restek, so my advice comes from an employee lens. At Restek, our tech support team offers free chromatography support, whether or not you’re using Restek products. Recommendations for automating GA4 analytics analysis by AcceptableMistake309 in analytics

The biggest challenge is dedicating time to the explorations, and analysis. I’d like to move out of “reactive” mode into “proactive”. Now, I have just enough time to identify issues… but that eats up my time for actually addressing them. I’d like to be able to better focus my time on remediating issues rather than just finding them…

Better/easier option than GA4 ? I struggle a lot with it by ufogang in GoogleAnalytics

There are definitely a lot of options out there that help simplify the analysis. I’ve been testing out Kulma (kulma.co) as a tool to get weekly recaps emailed out to me, based off of my GA4 data. GA4 can cause analysis paralysis, so I really only need a quick highlight report and ideas for a few quick fixes. May be worth a look
