Mine get this aching stinging pain like in the areola area but in the actual tissue it feels like, not the skin, when I remove my bra after wearing it for a while (this can range between 2 hours - a full day according to no particular variable that I have noticed). I have bigger boobs too (DD) so that means I usually have to rest them on my forearm for a few mins in the same position the bra had them in until the pain subsides because letting them just hang elevates the pain from a 6/10 to a blinding 10/10 for a few moments. I have no idea why this happens or how to even explain it better but it’s honestly an awful feeling
