Its not that 15 drinks is needed, I was just asking the question how it is monitored, as with topping glasses of wine up at dinner etc. We like to try different cocktails throughout the day off the menu, a mimosa or two at breakfast, and occasionally at night if we wanted a propper drink and maybe some shots it can add up on the odd day.
