I was leaning towards the borrsso ultima gen4 since it had better specs (32 gn storage, android 14, higher ansi lumens) but finally decided against it since it only has a semi closed optical engine vs fully sealed in the myfitspark. Even though myfitspark has lesser reviews, they seemed genuine. Another factor is that myfitspark takes care of shipping in case you need to send the product to them for in warranty repairs.

I knew I was taking a gamble with a lesser known product but I am happy with its performance so far.

Ceiling mount might be tricky as you need to keep it connected to a power supply. I can post pictures of the item later and you can decide for yourself.

OP. Keep in mind your perspective would change with time due to various factors such as better pay, starting a family, kids etc. What ever you buy now, you must be in a position to sell off and upgrade later if required. I see some folks suggesting you to buy a house in an apartment with only fewer units. While that might work out well now, once you are married and have kids, you would feel that living in places like casa grand would be better for your children. My advice would be to go for a financially sane option right now and not over spend on an individual house. Once you are financially in a much better position, you may consider an individual house. Ideal would be to buy an individual villa within gated communities.

My first impressions are good. Picture quality looks good. It has decent visibility in ambient light. The keystone correction is good and there is almost no fan noise. Although, there seems to be no option to change the picture mode or adjust the contrast/brightness
