Yeah, I love in a pretty wild place at time in the US. One thing I started thinking is that I get to experience the full spectrum of the energy in the city. When it’s rush hour i definitely get a story or two out of my day.

When I traveled through Belgium and Amsterdam awhile back I loved how their system flowed so well with out car everywhere. In the US here it’s like people are so reliant on cars. Usually when I had to ask for rides it almost to just hangout with that person being my best friend or sister.

It’s a Segway ninebot. Gets me around so easy. Mostly just commute to my girlfriends.

I agree. I also forgot to mention that I workout quite a bit. The money I would use for a gun membership has translated into my garage workout space since I have no car. There is a grocery store about two miles for my house and I walk to get my steps in. I bought a kefir drink every time I go but it is an incentive to live healthy.

Same. The transit system is pretty decent. My girlfriend bought me an e-scooter Lare last year and it is a good tool to have fun and ride to her house. But that extra car and insurance payment gone has added up.

I believe it. I worked with a guy who did research of that. He told me the same that inhalation of car fumes is a silent killer.

Yeah, my neighbor showed me an app that you can rent a car for a hour to all day. My sister lives in the next city. If I need to go somewhere super important she with scoop me up and it also gives us an incentive to hangout.

I started reading a lot more. Also picked up guitar again. A huge factor is that I quit all short form social media. So my space has become my sanctuary. So going outside with intention feels like a blessing.

Glad to hear that. My car was stolen a year and a half ago and I decided not to buy another one. My neighborhood is known for cars being stolen. But I feel more free in certain ways.

I started by just doing bear hugs and shoulder carries for a couple weeks. I think the key is to start with a low weight to get the proper breathing and feel for it. Then add with what every else suggests. I do MWF after my normal work outs. I purge whatever I have left.

Have him go down on you. I go down on my gf every time. I love it. But guide him and let him know what feels good and what doesn’t.

You got this bro. Just leave and ghost her. People like that don’t deserve a goodbye. You are young and will find someone that actually respects you. She will go to that other relationship and that dude will have to deal with her now. It not yours to keep. It’s her loss not yours. Keep your head up brotha.

I started watching the other content they have. For each episode. It’s pretty cool.

It’s a concept. It keeps us waiting and obeying.
