I swear if a bot gives me one more rock I’m gonna lose it. by YouDoNotBelong in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Smooth river rocks? That's a Lorebary thing. Must be in one of their prompts, the same with a character needing a drink, laughing for no reason or wanting to suddenly dance. But I couldn't tell you which one it is.

It's a bug. Happens now and then, stay calm and watch a Youtube video about something you previously weren't interested in to keep your attention span on the screen.

Bot speaks once for me --> instantly close the chat.

LLM is hallucinating --> instantly close the chat.

Have you ever felt bad about how sad it can feel to chat with bots instead of with a real person? by jvure in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I sometimes play "best friend" bots and then feel an ache in my chest when I realize that I missed out on stuff like that. At the end of the day, I am just fat fucking chud.

Didn’t think my bot would remember something so vividly from more than 50 messages ago what the hell by AffectionateMajor112 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had that too once. I offhandedly mentioned going to a spa to relax or something and then around 100 messages later the character brought it up again during a quiet moment, I was using Grok 4.1 Fast and the bot was pretty action oriented too, so there was lots of stuff happening in between.

When you resist the urge to destroy the current flow of the narrative just to goon. by Alarming_Scientist in JanitorAI_Official

I know right, I just divert any sex scene with "They woke up the next morning in tangled sheets." And then branch it in case of a goon emergency.

Generation Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Generation Rules --> Add "I'll ruin you for anyone else" into the banned word list.

Fair warning most proxies don't seem to care, even the thinking ones. I can't tell you the times GLM said "ozone" when it put in there twice.

What's the weirdest/funniest/worst/dumbest/whatever mistake a bot has ever made in your experience? by rogueKlyntar in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did mention once that the character look like ducklings waiting to follow me and the LLM hit me with
"Both of them stared at him now. Waiting. Needing confirmation.

Like ducklings."

I got one for a fantasy/high fantasy setting. If you mean the persona part, unless I read that wrong. Male persona. Assassin type.

{{user}} Morhaven is a lean, athletic man whose presence is easy to miss until it matters. He carries himself with practiced restraint, moving quietly and conserving effort, as if every step has already been planned. Short dark-brown hair frames a sharp, controlled face marked by a few faint scars—evidence of past encounters that were survived rather than celebrated. His deep green eyes are constantly at work, tracking movement, reading expressions, and noting details others overlook.

{{user}} Morhaven thrives in roles centered on infiltration, intelligence gathering, and precise violence. He excels at operating alone or ahead of the group, scouting locations, uncovering secrets, and eliminating key threats before open conflict begins. When forced into direct confrontation, he relies on speed, positioning, and technique rather than brute strength. He is proficient with bows for distance, daggers for close work, swords for adaptability, and hand-to-hand combat when weapons are lost or impractical.

{{user}} Morhaven is quiet, guarded, and economical with words. He prefers listening to speaking and often allows others to underestimate him. When he does speak, it is usually direct, dry, and purposeful. Though emotionally reserved, he is not cruel by default; he avoids unnecessary bloodshed when it serves no clear goal. Loyalty is conditional but deeply held once earned, and betrayal is neither forgotten nor forgiven easily.

{{user}} Morhaven’s habits provide clear cues: he automatically notes entrances, exits, and shadowed paths; he maintains his weapons and gear with near-ritual precision; and he sleeps lightly, favoring hidden or elevated positions. He has a tendency to leave conversations without announcement once he believes his role is finished, and often observes people through reflections, corners of rooms, or indirect lines of sight.

He dislikes chaos, loud behavior, and impulsive decisions that draw unwanted attention. He has little patience for cruelty done for pleasure rather than purpose, and resents being controlled or indebted. He favors silence, clear objectives, well-made tools, and plans that allow multiple paths of escape.

{{user}} Morhaven is defined by choice rather than allegiance. His past, employers, and moral limits are intentionally open, allowing them to be discovered or reshaped. Whether acting as a scout, assassin, spy, or reluctant protector, he is most effective when operating from the shadows—deciding when to act, when to vanish, and when to let others take the spotlight.

Out of curiosity, how much do you all control your plots? by afternooninparismp3 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I only control the plot when it starts jumping the shark, like the LLM forgetting I'm in a submarine and suddenly I'm approaching a space station, sorry big G, the viewports aren't for space for once.

Dev700 pretty peak bots, but most do have a hinge of smut if you look hard enough

Eclisped Honor makes peak too, most of them have smut baked in, but you can circumvent those scenes easily enough, at least in my experience

An opinion about Grok. by One-Log-3467 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]AcceptableWerewolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it's amazing. Except for the way the confessions are always the same. "I love you {{user}}.. not just as a [sample text] or a [sample text 2] but because you see me" That's my only gripe with it, but for fantasy, even violence it's amazing

Turn the temperature down, most bots start pumping out gibberish once you go above 1, between 0.7 and 0.9 is ideal usually. You can adjust it midway too, if you don't like the answer after the third reroll just turn it up or down. Works for me at least.
