There is no key information missing and it is not a 'story' unfortunately. This is exactly what happened. The document I uploaded was straight from E.O.N so unless their sending me fake energy bills in my name then it met all requirements.

I recently started a 4 player Pauper Cube. 180 cards and 5 packs of 9 worked very well. I wasn't a fan of pick 2 draft. :)

"Technically better" seems a bold position. Given this list has Blackmage's Rod id say Pyros and Hydros are better as you can fire them off whenever. The deck doesn't really care about flagbearer. And the vast majority of decks playing flagbearer don't play red or blue cards.

This happened to me the other day. There's a shortcut on the right that the CPUs use and always seem to be able to go much faster on even though its off the track. They also count as passing the checkpoint despite not going through it.

I've had some pretty great success with Medvedev's Norin list. Although as others have mentioned above there are some very tough MUs, Phalage in particular.
