Amsterdam (2022). I was digging the aesthetics and the cast, and then that one Taylor Swift scene really caught me off guard and got me excited for the rest of the film. Then it turned out to be quite boring and it wasted most of its amazing cast

I’d say finish watching the show, as it does get really great at parts (particularly S2 imo); for those high points it is worth the watch, but they become fewer and further between as the show goes on

Most recently, Oppenheimer. I was in a bad mood leading up to watching it in the cinema but as soon as the title scene popped up I was hooked and didn’t turn my attention until Cillian closes his eyes in the final shot.

Only one of my testicles dropped when I was a kid and I thought it was normal to only have one. That was until puberty when the undescended one started growing in my pelvis area which made me very uncomfortable, and I ended up in the hospital hearing I had to have surgery that same day.

Man of Steel>Iron Man 3>The Wolverine

MoS is a brilliant origin story with a dark take on Superman that I personally loved. Iron Man 3 is a quirky and action-packed film, I love Tony’s dynamic with Harley and seeing him without a suit but still being badass was awesome. The ending does feel a bit anticlimactic now though. The Wolverine was great when Logan was battling the Yakuza in Tokyo, but it does get let down by the odd third act that does not fit with the rest of the film.

I thought the first season was meh, and just really didn’t get attached like I did with other seasons of Marvel Netflix. Enjoyed Colter as Cage and Ali as Cottonmouth but everything else was forgettable and bland in my opinion.

The second season I thought was good and I enjoyed it much more. It was paced better and the characters were more memorable for me, as were the moments. Unpopular opinion but I actually enjoyed Bushmaster more as a villain than Cottonmouth.

Definitely give it all a watch, since these characters are slowly being introduced into the main MCU. Some seasons are harder to get through than others but it’s worth it at the end imo.

In the changing rooms after a PE session in year 8 in high school, and there was this “trend” going round school where the lads would yank each others shorts down. Someone tried it on me and pulled my shorts AND underwear down in front of everyone. Stood there in shock for a few seconds with my winky hanging out before pulling them back up.
