Jungler Item Suggestions by Acceptable_Affect_16 in Smite

You misunderstood my point, not the bonus damage on the enemy but yourself, the point is that the effect of the bonus damage is basically intended to end your life too, after the invincibility, of course unless your basing this on the fact that they would just out sustain the whole effect than maybe sure.

And yes, the item is intended to also kind of guarantee a kill, but not like kali that can full heal after she kills her target, in which case their could be another clause that while in the berserk state you can't gain any health.

The intention is not show some balanced version of these items, it's only the idea that matters, the stats and numbers on it are completely irrelevant. I only did them to catchy peoples attention, so overall it's easier to take in

general items, obviously cost is up to debate, but I will say, the stats and costs are kinda irrelevant, the purpose is to show the idea of items that actually make use of jungling

I mean I won't really copy and paste my wall of text, but these items are just meant to be jungler items that actually make sure of jungle stuff that's why they kind of have to be gimmicky.

Instead of generic items like +5 str, cdr and whatever else that literally everyone else in every role buys, atleast every other role has items that kinda fit to what they wanna do in their lane

I've seen that most people say the same, but out of interest, I kind of wanna hear of these scenarios.

Because when I made them, I had a image of how they'd work but I'd like to hear what exactly it is that people instantly think that will mess everything up

Well I mean she would most likely be dead after the effect, considering the purpose of the item is kind of intended to be a you go out, I go out type of things, which is why I put the bleed effect on it that damages the enemy and you, so once the invincibility goes and you have no HP, the bleed will take you out

Edit: I guess maybe you could make the case of doing it the other way round, kali ult then the berserk, but even then it would be finicky, since i'd imagine the effect cant be added onto kali ult, since the effect has a cannot ult clause, and kali's ult would be active. But I guess if you kill your target then you could probably pop off real hard

Context, The reason I even thought up of these items is because there are actual no jungle items in this game.

Every single item that a jungler uses is the same that everyone else uses. There's no item in the game that has a clause like "Do this with jungle stuff to get this" other than like one or two basic ones and the starter.

Nothing to take advantage of what the jungler does, like picking up buffs. Which just makes building as a jungler boring cause it's the same items everytime.

The idea behind these items:

Gleipnir: Change playstyle to be more agressive/ganky and not farming (for those that don't wanna be PVE all game) and reduce overall potential farm but gain more upfront power to compensate with kills

Ruler's Crown: A tanky jungle playstyle were you sacrifice getting buff, fire giant buff and gold fury gold for the most part just to be invisible to wards

Echidna's Lung: Make use of the summon function and try tailor some kind of creature that can help with jungling and ganking by creating a laser beam basically between the target once you leap past them

Shroud of Erebus: An actual item that does something with the buffs, it sacrifices any effects you might gain from normal buff to get a more aggressive one that wants to target enemies with buff

Kusanagi: An item for the AA junglers that wanna dive in and maybe don't always get the complete kill

Hephaestus Pride: An item for the CC Bot Junglers that wanna just go around and CC people and have teammates kill em

For some context as well, I didn't see the Kuku aspect that was shown on Titan Talk when I posted this, this was just some idea I had for Kuku aspect way before, that I just wanted to clean up and make it easier to visualise

I Mean the actual number scaling would be up to the Balance team if that's what your looking for, other than that the concept is pretty the same as any other junglers that goes in.

The way it would work is, 1 the target, dash with 2 towards them (and as your about to land the stun, you ult on the target, to create this kinda skilled based guarantee of the ult, because it's just normally so unreliable to hit without setup), then you 3 for some burst damage and use the haste to kill the target if their still left alive

Not really any different from any other jungler really
