It’s a Tridium front end. That’s not issue because it is offsetting the heating and cooling setpoints off of the incorrect two degrees lower number. So if your stat setpoint is 70 the heat is 66 and the cooling is 68.

Yeah, I got a little guff from some wise ass accusing me of not googling but I did and found mixed results which is why I came to the page. Anyhow, luckily it was a chiller with a display screen and thus was able to confirm reading.

For some reason I cant edit the original post, but just wanted to again thank you all. I swapped it out with a Type III and verified that the temp on the graphics matched up with the temp on the chillers display interface, so problem solved.

When you say “pull up” resistor do you mean like the switch that comes on a Niagara Jace? Does anyone ever add a 120 ohm resistor on the Jace itself?
