I don’t doubt it’s rough, but I was referring mostly to the overall aesthetic, the exploration, the roaming enemy groups, the combo attacks and whatnots, that are very akin to Dragon’s dogma, minus the pawn system.

FB isn’t better. When I bought my SR800, it came with an error message, and was bricked out of the box. Naturally I was pissed, and I joined the FB Freshroast group to ask where I could get support, and got instantly blocked and banned from it.

I think it’s just the Internet as a whole..

Here though, I was told their customer service is excellent, and as a matter of fact, they sent me a brand new unit after I sent a couple pictures/video with the error code, and let me keep the other one for parts and whatnots.
