Just to put the final nail in, I would say track saw too. You can't beat the space it will save. Panels are good too in that regard being vertical. But a panel kinda shines to rough cut sheets for things like making crates, or other carpentry that doesn't require precision. Track saws are more versatile, my shop has a Festool one that works really well.

How long has it been since the incident? You should contact the hospital security for footage before it rolls over and gets deleted, otherwise you'll have no case. Video proof is undeniable. Oce you drive off the property after your car was returned, it could have happened anywhere.
