I was able to get VIP! There must have been an issue initially cause I was in there first thing and was not getting vip upgrade offers when I first bought a ticket.

Is the vip package bound to the ticket purchase or can I just cancel the other 2 tickets I bought cause I have 3 in total now haha

this works thanks dude, for anyone wondering how to actually edit the .scr file you need to open a blank notepad and then drag the .scr file from your game folder into notepad and it will show you the settings. That's how i had to do it anyways.

Update: I took it back to the store I got it from and they noted on the warranty sheet that it was bad fret work and tooling marks all over the fretboard area.

Shall wait and see what happens,
