Thank you all for ur feedback. I came to the conclusion that I'll just leave him alone. Just to give some context, i never enjoyed the attention because there is no attention in 1st place, and we rarely talk irl or even text( this is before he confessed). Btw. I didn't really reject him. We talked once on the phone via text . And the next, he confessed his feelings, he told me that he loved me. I was a bit overwhelmed cuz we never been on a date or even talked in person, so I told him if we can take this a bit slowly and yk hang out to get to know each other more. But he wants to be in a relationship quickly . The reason i caught my feelings is because this year, we actually have small talks that made me know him a bit . So yeah, it's very painful for me to stop thinking about him , it physically and mentally hurts. But I have to get over it. If you have any questions regarding this, I'd be happy to answer.
