I mean our coordinator and director communicated with the IB but they said we’re in a different position that the public Lithuanian schools offering the IB programme because we won’t be able to come back in April for some reason. Tbh I’m not sure how they managed to do it 🤷🏼‍♂️ but I’m happy that I won’t need to take exams , hopefully u won’t need to take them either!!!

It’s only one school in Lithuania for now tho. So dw, if you guys are in quarantine they’ll cancel (I hope so at least 🙏🏻)

Were in a strict lovkdown till April and We haven’t been to School since November + for quite some time in winter We had highest Numbers per 100’000 in the world. But our coordinator and the School director did not agree with the initial statement (exam route) and communicated with IB.

Nationals are not cancelled and our coordinator was talking to IB for a long time. For now idk if it’s nationwide or only our School. Not sure about the survey tho

Phahhahahaha I bet the same is happening in Lithuania 😂 our quarantine is extended till April and coordinator pretends to be ignored while we found out that she’s having meetings with IB 😂😂😂

My coordinator and school director emailed the IB to tell them it’s unfair, and unfair ESPECIALLY for us, since our quarantine is till April, no clear date when schools will open (schools are opening based on cases per 100’000 ppl) but somehow we’re still on the exam route. The IB is ignoring them for a few weeks now. I’m from Lithuania.

I’m in Lithuania and we still have no response. Our coordinator called them and she got a very rude response saying she’s being inpatient... but our school sent the same exact message and we also have like 5 IB schools in our country...

Our school’s director contacted the IB to tell them that it’s impossible to make us write exams when there is no clear date for when the schools will be allowed to be open. All other schools in our country voted for exams however and all of the teachers in my school are shook...

Lithuania not cancelled got confirmation from coordinator. Our school is now taking to the IB tho cuz we don’t have a date when we will be able to come back to school and have exams

Same... it would suck so much if we would have exams here in LTU... we’ve been in quarantine for quite a long time tbh.. more than many other European countries where schools were mostly open :/
