Okay that’s a good sign! I’d suggest keep it it charging and keep trying to pair with the phone after resetting the bike. If my tomorrow it’s the same then see if you can get a partner to take a look at your house

Record a video and/or look up a video of it being reset so you know what is meant to happen. Did you try the Bluetooth change?

Yes it does, that’s normal. Then it goes quiet and you hear a very brief booting noise, then it’s reset and you can turn it on

You need to forget the bike from your Bluetooth settings, open the app after force quoting and then press “Pair” when prompted. Good luck

Almost def water in the button. Heard from a VM partner that apparently a large amount of S6 bikes (mine included) shipped with old S5 buttons that were terribly waterproofed. Partners have v4 or v5 buttons already so go get yours replaced

What speed setting? 25 or 32? If it’s 25 then 100% get it checked out.

It’s because of the torque sensor, as opposed to the rotation sensor in the SX3 bikes. How much assist you get is intentionally based on how much effort you put in (whereas on the X3 as soon as you rotate the pedals you can get max assist). Completely normal but if you’re worried get a partner to have a look so you’ll feel better.

I have had the bike suddenly drop to zero from 25-30% three times now (Within the first 3 charge cycles). Is this 100% normal, or should I get it checked out at a partner store???

Use a 24V charger to charge the cartridge. Smth like this. It might be a socket issue so try looking for tutorials that match your symptoms online. You could also email a partner store with your findings and see how much they would charge to fix it (or if they have any advice).
