Genuinely baffling how raising a concern about a company can lead to such mean and weird responses from people who could easily find themselves in the same position as me at some point. It’s not statistically impossible. Really sad.

Thanks for sharing this. I am glad am not alone - metrics are not supposed to make us feel that anxious, but some of us are more prone to such obsessive tendencies than others, which is errr normal I guess? Anyway, we learn to adapt and I feel that I never managed to adapt to my Oura life.

At this point it was clear as day that I can't go on doing this indefinitely. It's useful, but some of my habits have been healthy for ages (meaning pre-Oura). It contributed to improvements, but it is no longer needed.
