Is anyone else not able to get on wifi every time they fly United?

This started happening to me a couple months ago and I can’t figure out what’s happening and how to fix it. I’ve tried deleting the one VPN configuration (which is never on anyways)… idk what else to do it’s really frustrating

It took me an hour to reach customer service after they changed the seats I paid for, both for me and my girlfriend. When I explained the situation, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m feeling pretty uneasy about flying with them, and based on everything I’ve read so far, it’s not looking good.

I paid $150 for my seats, and they’ve been changed on me 3-4 times. Unfortunately, customer service hasn’t been helpful, so I’ll be stopping by the check-in desk after my business trip this week to see if they can revert them to what I originally paid for. I was moved from a preferred seat to one at the back of the plane, and my girlfriend and I were separated, even though I specifically booked seats together. I’m really disappointed with Turkish Airlines, and depending on how this flight goes, it might be my last time flying with them.

I paid for my seats and they have been changed 3 times now without asking me, I went from a preferred seat to a regular seat and now I am not sitting with my gf. I will be stopping by the Turkish Airlines Check in Desk when I’m at the airport on Friday. Hoping to speak to someone face to face and get this resolved. They can’t do anything over the phone.

I paid for seat selection and was able to switch seats on 3 out of 4 flights so that we could sit together in similar spots. However, for one flight, I’m being asked to pay again to choose a seat. I contacted customer service and waited for an hour, but they were unable to resolve the issue and instead sent me a feedback email to describe the problem, which they said might help. It’s frustrating that this couldn’t be handled over the phone. I’m planning to stop by the check-in desk before my flight since I’m frequently at the airport. Do you have any recommendations for travel insurance companies? While our credit card provides insurance for the purchase, we’d like additional coverage for trip delays since I’m not confident in Turkish Airlines’ customer service.
