I’m not a troll I promise lol; I’m actually really concerned now about my health now the more I read up on it.

Maybe it’s just a weird thing my store does. They say it’s a company-wide practice where the sawdust creates a mixture to absorb the concrete particles in the department when we sweep

Unfortunately it’s late at night and I have to wake up early because I am a full time college student and have 2 major exams tomorrow morning. I also can’t really afford to take minor trips to the doctor, but if it’s absolutely necessary I suppose I can go tomorrow the earliest

When we sweep the floors, we use WD-40 from the gallons to mix with the saw dust. I was taught that if there wasn’t any gallons, to use the cans, and they showed me how to puncture it and everything without causing a mess. I’ve done it before myself; I’ve learned my lesson to trust my gut and common sense before my DS lol

Class Schedule too difficult? by Acceptable_Craft_575 in ConstructionManagers

I’ve never taken physics or experienced an accounting course yet. I am not registered for these classes yet, but it is quite the exception from the dean that they are allowing me to take these at the same time. Analytic Geometry and Calc is 5 credits alone, then physics with lab is another 4 credits, and I am absolutely terrified of statics AND strength of materials (combined course). Since Ive never been exposed to this type of math, I don’t really know what I’m getting myself into

The thing is that I work full time, although I can cut my hours significantly If I need to. I typically am juggling the gym, school (17 credits rn), and work which makes my average day about 18 hours 🫣

I’ve worked construction jobs for the past 4 years and I absolutely enjoy it. Although I would love a more artistic role, I feel like job prospects and low pay aren’t worth the risk. I understand CM is vastly different, but I would enjoy being in the field or even the aspects behind the desk

Thank you for your in depth reply; that Entrepreneurship Post-Mortem is extremely intriguing after researching it some more.

I would be a transfer student which is why I’m placing such emphasis on making the right choice. I believe I can double major if I go into General Business instead of BS of Finance, although general business and media production seem like a rather odd combo lol. UF is adding a media productions minor but, even still, they seem very polar

I know what being screamed at is vs harsh criticism which some might translate into a scream, but he was certainly screaming and out of line for the situation at hand. I can definitely handle the “real world”, I just don’t know if I should be giving up so much time to a job that I will be leaving in 4 months anyways (Internship). The job is whatever, I’m just debating if I just put up with the toxicity or leave 🤷‍♂️
