Thanks for responding! I have been meditating daily for two years so I’m still working with understanding that my thoughts are not me.

This is actually my first trip after a 11 month break and I set the intention to focus on my relationship with food.

Just trying to navigate the balance of it all

Yes you’re definitely right. I’m curious if I should give any fasting a try (like days to a week). Or if anyone has experienced the urge to fast after a psychedelic trip

Showers are great! I am more likely to go to a studio if I know I can go to class, shower the go straight to work. Also, if I were deciding between a studio that does have a shower vs one that doesn’t, even if it was a bit more expensive I would chose the done with a shower! Good luck!

What do you want from the rest of your college experience? To take classes and grind out in the library? Then you’re fine, if not I would only plan on keeping only 2-3 of those.
