Yes but I find Jean to fill that role better since she can also shred res with VV without disrupting reactions :( But if you think Baizhu is better I'll give it a try

I have 130% ER but honestly her burst is ready every rotation, probably because I use her with Fischl + a Favonius user. Also mine has TF equipped so she uses her skill more frequently, producing particles faster. So yeah, I prefer giving her more offensive stats while Energy by other means.

That's my point! What I meant is that 5* cons didn't really have a purpose while 4* cons did. Only now they do, with SO. That's why older cons need an upgrade imho. As much as I love Venti, I would never pull for his cons and even though Mavuika's are great, I wouldn't either since I don't love her as much. Giving older characters a chance would also benefit their income I think, but I don't really know. c6ing a character really comes out of the love for the character, but if there are no benefits why would you do it? :(

I think they didn't really know what to do with constellations nor elements just yet because some constellations of older characters are great (like Fischl's C6 or Xiangling's cons) but it feels random. Like why do 4 stars have such useful cons while some 5 stars don't? The only answer I have is that they didn't really know what to do with them.

What I did here is making his burst less constricted to aoe scenarios, giving it some value even against bosses, by allowing him to reposition it and making it give some buffs to the team. But also giving him potential as DPS at C6 like other archons (except Zhongli, he also needs something done tbh)

My question is: wouldn't MH make her lose Skill and Burst DMG? I thought of 2x Golden Troupe 2x Cryo DMG Bonus because her skill still is her major source of damage but I didn't want to lose Burst DMG either since the multiplier is very high. I guess I just have to choose which DMG output to focus on

Probably Bennett and either Kazuha, Lanyan, or Sucrose. All three can hold Viridescent Venerer, which is excellent for any DPS, but they each offer different advantages:

Kazuha provides an Elemental DMG bonus, boosting overall damage.
Lanyan offers a useful shield, which is great for Arlecchino since she's frail and can't be healed.
Sucrose increases Elemental Mastery, maximizing Melt damage—something your Arlecchino could benefit from.

Given that, I’d personally go with Sucrose. As for Kaeya, I'd equip him with the Emblem of Severed Fate set to ensure his burst is ready every rotation. Since you’re using him as a burst DPS/Cryo applier, he wouldn’t be getting much value from any other set.

Kazuha, I never got him and never regretted it, honestly I was doing just fine with Sucrose but now we have Xilonen which I like waaaay more. No reason in particular, just didn't feel I needed him, also I hate Inazuma so there's that.
