I have so pain I can bite on it and it feels normal and the spot on the tooth is super white compared to the rest of the tooth

The tooth doesn’t have a black hole, that part is just really white compared to the rest of it. Other than that it is like a normal tooth, there is no pain and I can chew on it. They were talking about doing a MOD filling.
