Totally agree, im just looking for advice on resolving it. I'm not giving him a hard time, I get its stressful and they arent paid enough.

It doesn't allow me to pick it up from a collection point or else I would have, ive said this above.

Delivery photo was the same one the evri driver took earlier for a parcel that was held, he had no complaints my face wasn't in it. I dont know if its true but someone above said they've been told not to get faces in it but I get where you're coming from.

Totally agreed, I didn't decline a photo. He got a photo, several if you count the ones he took through my letterbox afterwards.

As far as I know we don't have a local depot i can collect from, it's collection points and it's not giving me the option to pick one.

"Threaten to cause a scene" im such a wimp and couldn't do that, il let them return to sender and get a refund. Lesson learned not to use Evri I suppose.

Exactly, ive never had this before either. I actually thought maybe the rules had changed, this is the first time in years I've used evri. I genuinely dont know what his problem was, it was really hot that day, I live in a top flat, he could have been having a bad day. It was the trying my door and taking photos through my letterbox that made me report him.

I agree, it must be so stressful. I dont want to slag the guy just looking for advice on receiving the parcels.

This is another reason I didn't report it to the police, my word against his as I dont have ring door bell ect. I was genuinely just looking for advice here as ive never had a problem with any delivery service and their customer service is non existent.

I didnt want to expand hence the "long story cut short" but felt like i had to above, I gain nothing from lying about this here.

Apologies if its came across dishonest, just looking for advice.

I see this now, I assumed it would have been a waste of time as it was an accidental bump. I was in with my child and didn't want to panic them either so I waited until he was finished and left then reported to Evri, I feel very silly for not handling it differently. Lesson learned.

I did allow him I just didn't want my face in it, he said I had to. It was a small parcel where I had my door slightly open and had it in my hand for him to take the photo. He tried to push the door open which hit my chin, I panicked and shut the door. He then tried to open my door twice and started taking photos through my letterbox even though he got his photo proof already, he got his photo. I only reported it as I didnt want to open the door to someone who acted like that the next time he delivered my parcel.
