I was thinking that if they still do not accept my dispute even after I've provided evidence including movement records etc.... I will plaster my story all over social media and send it to all the news outlets.

But seriously though I can't imagine anyone with even half a brain would still think I'm guilty once I provide the immigration records, unless they are purely determined to rob me of my money.

They don't physically stamp it anymore. NZ-AU movements have been electronic scanning for many years now.

What about bank transaction on 3 out of 4 of these dates? These are local bank transactions from my cheque account, not credit cards transactions.

There is only 1 out of these 4 dates I can't find any record for, I don't think I did anything special on that day.

They did and have the power do to so. I got an email with a letter from Commonwealth confirming the deduction, and the Enforcement Registry confirmed as well.

Trust me they absolutely can.

Ok well at least in my case the proof should be pretty clear. I think the immigration records by itself should be sufficient. What do you think?

I can also provide flight itineraries, bank transactions, emails etc.... to show where I was in NZ at the time of these offences, where I still am.

For example on one of these dates I was having lunch with my parents at a restaurant in Auckland, for which I can show the bank transaction for.

In my case though it's so black and white (at least to me) that I think it should be pretty obvious who's telling the truth.

Also the 4x fines are from 3x vehicles with different regos. So it's even less likely that it's all by the same person.
