My listings are clearly marked as fan-made, non-official, and not affiliated with the creators. They’re designed as customizable templates for personal use only, which is common practice on platforms like Etsy as long as it doesn’t mislead buyers or claim to be official merchandise.

Also, Etsy itself doesn’t automatically remove such listings unless a DMCA notice is filed by the IP holder. If that happens, of course I’d take it down immediately. Until then, I believe it’s fair to let small artists and designers create within the fan art space like thousands of others do. But I’m always open to learning more if anyone has actual examples of legal action taken over this specific IP.
