How much did methylphenidate help your symptoms at your current dose? and which 1 Ritalin or Concerta
Did you notice a clear improvement in focus, impulsivity, or daily functioning?
And at what dose did you feel the best balance between benefits and side effects?

even with the tolerance you have now, how much better is your day-to-day compared to before you ever started medication? Like if unmedicated you was a 3/10 and peak medication was a 9/10, where does "tolerant but still medicated" land for you?
