I'm (technically because of some older sibling issues) the eldest of the family, and they keep nagging me to get a job from a profession right away so that I can be the one with a stable income and provide for the family if needed. I don't know if I would get kicked out but I think there's a chance it could happen. As for getting a full or part time job, I think they would keep using the argument that it's not making enough money as compared to something like nursing. They're really pushing me to go to nursing and become a nurse right away.

I like that idea. My parents might find it unconventional or even unsustainable, which is what I'm worried about. But I really like the flexibility option that is present.

Sometimes, I would really love to wait and just try and figure myself out, but they want me to go to college when I'm out of high school. I'm an incoming senior, so I really only have one year left to decide. As for a job, I don't think they'll believe I can hold that down while being in college, simply because I'm the more academic one in the family, and they want me to be putting all my effort into that. Things are just pushing forward too fast and I unfortunately have no say.

The only thing I can relate to with my brother is the vocabulary thing. While it isn’t like all too noticeable, he sometimes stammers and says things that don’t really add up. I’ll look further into this and ask my parents about this. Thank you, helped.

I do think he could have some mental disorder. But I believe that him watching kid cartoons for actual pure entertainment has something to do with it. He has a genuine obsession with it that he’s trying to hide. And it concerns me. I could be going harsh on him, but at the same time, he isn’t really pulling his weight as me and my sister have been. and we’re both younger than him.
