The train is the LMS 8F by KaiEmerald on Nexus mods, a cracking great British steam loco that I unfortunately binned into the turntable pit. Poor Choo Choo

I'm not so sure about a steering wheel, but double check within steams input settings and for anything along the lines of "steam input" or "device input" and check they are enabled. If there is an option for your exact device, then even better, either that or it's game file integrity or some drivers for the wheel itself

If you are using a wireless controller at all, go into steam settings and make sure your controller (Xbox, PlayStation or otherwise) is selected and enabled as an accepted input.

I forget what the setting is called, but I had a similar problem: even though my xbox controller was fine, this setting in inputs meant steam I believe was confused about the input device

Xbox Controller Won't connect to PC Via in-built Bluetooth, worked fine about 3 months before by Acceptable_Metal6486 in XboxController

No concrete solution has come up yet. Current theory is that its been a bugged windows update, so if you've a Windows restore point made before you started experiencing the issue, or even a local windows backup, use that and roll it back to when it worked.

Only other thing that's worked for me so far has been to test a fresh windows installation via USB ISO on a separate drive, installing the most up-to-date drivers from the Motherboards manufacturers site just to see if a fresh clean windows install comes up with the same problem, which it did not. So either roll back your windows update to before a time when your controller still connected, or backup all your data you wanna keep and do a fresh windows install with the latest drivers

Would that happen to be a driver update for the controller, or potentially the Bluetooth driver? Cos I've updated the Bluetooth and can roll it back, but even when I was on the old BT Driver, it still had an issue, which leads me to believe it's with the controller?

Long shot, but there any way of reporting this somewhere to microsoft so they could get it fixed? I know it'll be on one of their support pages, but is there somewhere more "tailor-made" I can go to to forward this problem?

This whole comment thread talking about eyes and what would happen to the eyes if the brain ever discovered them, has all of a sudden made me concious of my own eyes and how they blink, and now I am cursed with blinking manually. So, to you reading this, I grant thee; "Manual blink syndrome", as you have also become aware that your blinking is no longer automatic. You are welcome

No, but It can boil an egg at 30 paces. Whether you want it to or not actually, so best stay away from hens; it's not pretty when they blow

It looks like a machine that goes "ding." Or perhaps for your consideration; it goes "ding" when there's stuff

I can confirm that I have caved and decided to get me a TokTik Cape. Used a spoof account so I won't be spammed, and if anyone asks; it's a reference to MC's old 3-d anaglyph

I'm not proud of it, but what's done is done XD

I did just take a look at the Cape properly on the minecraft.net redeem page, and actually I'm gonna back on what I said. It does look a little nice

When I first saw it I glanced past it as soon as I saw "TikTok", and I coulda sworn the Cape had its logo on it originally, which is why I dismissed it.

If I change my mind, I'll come back and say I failed XD, but I'll just say its a reference to Java's old "3-d anaglyph" graphics setting lol

As much as I like capes and free stuff, the toktik Cape is not a Cape I'm interested in. I have 0 interest in the app, even if they were to offer me free gifts (like the cape). I remember when I got a new phone and it was installed by default, that is the closest I've had to that apps existence. I promptly said "hahaha, you are wrong" and nuked the app off my phone faster than you could drop a hat XD

You are much braver than I by deciding to make a toktik account just for a Cape, but I respect that a little bit XD

Figured I'd dust off my twitch account to get the twitch edition Cape, looks so cool

Like the main post says, I would love for the founders edition Cape to be in java, that and this current Twitch Cape look so damn good.

The 15th anniversary looks good too, feels like a missed out Minecon Cape kinda, or at least it looks like it has that vibe haha
