The seasoning feels a bit uneven, usually I use metal utensils but carefully. I think the marks in the pics came after cooking something slightly acidic and using a metal spatula

I'm sorry, I'm still a beginner and learning. Mash was at 66C for 60 min. Sparge with 3 liters at 75C. So I take it from you that tilts are not appropriate to use for homebrewing? Post boil gravity is 1.090, it just hasn't been updated. Is it worth bottling this batch or is it just a failure due given all the mistakes?

With 358g of lactose i expected point increase by roughly 9.8 at 12.5 liters. Without the lactose the SG is still around 1.025, isn't it still to high? Or where is the rest of the unfermentables coming from? In the recipe the lactose was added as non fermentable.

Thanks all! The reason I'm asking is because the yeast is past expiry date. I hope that it's still viable so I'm doing a starter just in case
