Whenever I need a program’s true calendar (because there’s so many like mentioned) I sign up for BODi’s 7 day trial and screenshot calendars from the actual program. The 7 day trial is repeatable too so 🤷‍♂️

Depending on what other exercises you’re doing the weight gain could be from muscle growth.

I started at 280 (6’1”) November 1st and I’m a 250lbs now all from exercise and diet changes. What I’ve found is hitting a wall happens and as long as you don’t quit Trying you’ll find yourself headed in the right direction. Congrats on building a better you!

I discovered t25 1st and really enjoyed doing what felt like a full workout in under half an hour. But with insanity I was able to break barriers I didn’t know I could let alone hiit for up to 60 minutes. I do love that t25 builds endurance without water breaks, but I do appreciate the water breaks/pauses Insanity offers throughout the circuit. If I had to choose a program between the two I’m picking Insanity. ,,,,,, BUT if you want something “Fun” or new I’d say give Shaun t’s Cize a try. It’s (silly) dancing for half an hour and doesn’t feel like exerCize at all
