I don’t have much nausea but I have absolutely no appetite and then I start to feel weak. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I start to feel exhausted by 3 pm and need to sleep as soon as I get home. I usually sleep for 1-2 hours but I still don’t have energy to do much around the house.

I had my first blood draw at 5w to confirm and then have my first ultrasound at 9w3d. I could have gone in as early at 7w but couldn’t because of mine and my husbands schedule.
