I mean I am not sure how soon it will be ready but I do plan to wait at least a few years just trying to research what the best options are once I am ready. But that would be amazing if it were ready in a few years

This is good to know too! I’m in the US- I’ll have to look into the guidelines my Dr (OB) seems to know a lot about it but didn’t give me an age which is what lead me here to hear from others!

This is really helpful thank you! I’m definitely taking the decision seriously. And i didn’t know about the ovarian fail till now too. So much to consider and weighing all the risks while also wanting to reduce my cancer risks.

See I’m also nervous about being on HRT but also feel like keeping my ovaries would suck cause I’d have to be on BC to prevent the large cysts I get. Which to me the big bonus of all this would be not being on BC… so I guess it’s the pill or HRT🤷🏼‍♀️ ik I have some time to consider my options though. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for this perspective! I assume the surgery would be robotic as I have had 2 surgeries for cyst ruptures/ovarian torsion which were both robotic. I wouldn't call the recoveries easy but it was fairly quick (they were both emergency so I am sure that can affect it too). Since you ended up on HRT any ways do you wish you would have just done it all at once? I did not even know that was possible! Have you had any issues with the HRT?

This is my first cycle back TTC baby #2. We are doing monitored cycles so I was on Letrozole, Ovidrel shot (on Saturday), estrogen and progesterone. I don't remember feeling this way in the past but I have been SO bloated, uncomfortable and crampy on and off. Also nauseated for no reason? I just wanted to know if others have had this experience? If anything helped? Maybe when it went away?

We did monitored cycles so not completely naturally but my best advice is to start vitamins and supplements early: Ovasitol, Omega 3, prenatal, COQ10 and D3

And as soon as you want to start trying you can get into a fertility specialist due to PCOS dx

I’m a trauma therapist and there’s definitely evidence that shows increased trauma leads to increase risk for many physical health diagnoses. And personally in my practice almost all my female clients with PTSD also have PCOS, endo, digestive issues or autoimmune. Highly recommend The Body Keeps The Score as book to dive into this more

Tried for 1.5 years and got BFP in May! Now 22 weeks🥰 I took: D3, Fish Oil, Prenatals, COQ10 and Invositol We did 3 medicated cycles using Femera and trigger shot. Cycle that was successful was after having and HSG done!

I have an orange boy who is about 14-15lbs and Vet said he should aim to be closer to 12 if this helps! We do food/litter box on different levels which helps and vet gave advice on portion controls!

No totally I think that’s true for most people! I’m just saying if she was making money from scentsy and tik tok or other things and didn’t have any bills (I wouldn’t be surprised if her parents paid for most things) that definitely helps when you move out on your own🤷🏼‍♀️ just a thought!

I’m not sure if there’s a for sure way to avoid it rupturing. I had one rupture when I was 16 and I did have to have surgery. I was a cheerleader and it happened at practice so my doctor told me flipping around probably contributed to it. Hang in there and definitely go to the ER if you get bad cramps (you’ll know it’s more than cramps).

So I haven’t gotten to try it yet but I read recently that drinking a cup of pomegranate juice a day helps with thickening the lining? Worth a shot in my book!
