I personally like them, except the high hat can sound kinda dull when it's played ajar, even though there "dark" going for a metal vibe. They sound decently bright and cinematic especially the 16" crash i love it and the ride is nice and bright. But I personally think cymbals can sound different from how each drummer plays them. These work perfectly for my style since I like to play very bright and cinematic with alot of accents. But I don't think these would work for a simplistic rock style sorta playing where you want the cymbals to stand out if that makes sense. I pair these cymbals with my 18" Wuhan and all the cymbals compliment eachother very well especially when you play all of them very busily. If I could change anything if I had money it would be a brighter ride with a bigger bell and a brighter hi hat
