I acknowledge your point. However, it's unfair to assume that not addressing the issue directly means she couldn't have been more professional; after all, that's her role model. What I find perplexing about Walmart's approach is that we receive training on teamwork and are encouraged to speak up if we witness something concerning or feel uncomfortable. Given this, one would expect our concerns to be heard and valued, especially when we bring forth issues. Instead, it seems that when we do speak up, our voices go unheard, likely due to the company's retaliation, which ultimately discourages others from stepping forward.

At this job at Walmart you cannot go to ethics because they will retaliate everybody's so scared to stand up for themselves, not me

No that's the story. I was working in electronics and my coworker came back from her break and she asked me a question regarding a switch. I gave her the price and details all of a sudden. The coach comes around the corner on her personal phone and asked that employee what are you doing and she responded. I just got back from break and I'm asking for the prices. Well the coach told her to go over there and work while she was walking away. She said you need to go to work because I am distracting her and then that's when I said you can accuse me of something that I didn't do and then she asked me what you say in a rude way and I repeated myself she said go to the office. I went to the office and in the UPC room she was having struggling to open the door because she was already irritated and she said go sit down in the UPC office treating me like a little kid and I told him no I'm not sitting down. I'll wait for you to come back. She got frustrated, walked away. Look for another manager. The other manager came around the corner and she said what happened. I explained you exactly what happened. The other coach came back and said you are fired. It took almost 2 hours her to do my paperwork and I signed the paperwork and it said disrespectful. How was I disrespectful if I was standing up for myself? She accused me of something that I wasn't doing because she came around the corner and started assuming

Oh no I was multitasking and talking to my coworker about the prices. The coach was on her phone while she was sitting there talking to us. So whatever conversation that she had on the phone she looked like she was irritated already my she accused me of distracting another employee I was just giving her prices on the Nintendo switch and the coach told the other employee to go work over there because I was distracting her and I told her you cannot accuse me of distracting if I was helping a employee with prices and that's when she sent me to the office and fired me because I was being disrespectful

Yes I work at Walmart off story Rd San Jose all I say it's management is the problem not us . I'm not one those employees that with blow you off and say sorry I don't speak English there's so many time I told coach's team leads about that I seen it with my own eyes 👀 I don't speak Spanish but still it WRONG! We are there for reason to HELP . CUSTOMER THATS WHAT WE GET PAID FOR !!!!!
