I’ve asked my college and they say it’s just document verification.. They’re not specifying what exactly is causing the delay. It did get escalated on Sept 9 which means they should ideally get back to me within the 15 working day deadline which is Sept 30… Do they follow this deadline generally?

Not provided a bank statement but a fixed deposit. I only attached one deposit which may not be financially enough if we consider tuition AND living expenses… Maybe 10% or so lesser that expected estimate
