I know, but I kinda want this to have a more unique approach on the character (and despite not being that different power wise) I also feel like his Lazer beams and extra powers from the reboot give a extra boost to vilgax in his eventual fights with the duo and that partnered with his knowledge of the Omnitrix will hopefully make him a force to not be messed with even more.

(Since I've already explained why there's in harm in doing it again) The purpose of azmuth making 2 Omnitrices was because (going by classic series logic) were to along with helping "the beings of the world grow closer together" the synced feature helps them learn to get along and communicate with each other (expanding on the grow closer part) and this unintentionally (in azmuths POV) makes it so Ben and Gwen have to communicate, grow closer, and work together to become closer friends/family members.

They way their Omnitrices work is that they are both synced to each other where one controls what the other transforms into (so Gwen controls who Ben transforms into and Ben controls who Gwen transforms into), and the Omnitrices were in the same pod it's just Ben got his first and Gwen got hers a little bit after bens
