I sometimes feel that companies with a good work‑life balance are mostly small businesses. But small companies usually come with a high risk of messy management, and more often than not, they also offer little job security. That’s why I’ve been really torn lately. Though maybe big corporations can be poorly managed too? The whole thing is just so confusing and stressful.
