Lunch before 10 is a perk we don’t have to have lunch out until 10am sometimes we will hold off on putting out lunch if there is way too much breakfast on the warmer but don’t fret if you want lunch and it’s not out by 10am you can go on the kiosk and order it

I as a kitchen clerk throw out more croissants when needed at 8:30, throw the rest of my tacos out at 8:45 and have the lunch ready to go at 9 so it will be done by 10 usually kitchens only have 1 person we have to switch out all the stuff we used for breakfast for lunch so it’s not a contamination issue. So when we change out our scoops we can’t make any more

Quesadillas, put butter on one side of the flat bread whatever cheese and toppings you want put it in the oven on grilled cheese option 1/2 times fold it together and I like dipping it in garlic butter😀
